We have two Rotary lifts, a 9000# two post and a 12,000# drive on. My advice on selecting one is go by your age; a two post is fine if getting down on the floor to set the arms is no problem but the drive on is the cats meow for old farts. We use air jacks to lift off the safety stops when stuck. Be sure to lift and lower evenely. Our drive on has the rolling jack option for brake or front end work but again an air jack would work.
