I moved from a house with no garage 10 years ago. When I was shopping for my new house, I told the agent that a large garage or room to build one was more important than the house. I ended up with a garage that has twice the square footage of my house. It's great but I'd still like a larger garage. It does keep me from buying more vehicles, though.
