If I'm reading all this right, you have four wheels with the smaller ID, two wheels with the larger ID, and two torque plate/spacer shims? If yes, then four of the wheels would go to the rear, the ones with smaller hub holes. The two with the larger holes would go to the front, I would guess spacers to the inside which would center the wheels on the smaller hub diameter.
