The GM Heritage site shows only disc style wheels for the '46 2 ton trucks. If you have matching wheels for all 6 locations, the rear set-up should be, #1-inside dual directly against the hub, #2- outside dual directly against the inside wheel, #3-torque plate/reinforcement plate with raised cones facing out, #4-lug nuts.
