Anyhoo.....Have a friend with a '52 3100 who has reached out to me regarding replacing his speedometer cable. He is also running a 235 with an SM420. I've gone online and find a bunch of black plastic casing and quite a few of the original style with metal casing which is similar to the original design. Which is better? And who would you recommend as a source? Also, is 69"-70" the correct length?
