Curtis, another thought….you said in your introductory post that you checked, with your EBay scanner, “all of the sensors” except the O2 and the PARK sensors. Have you driven it with the scanner connected and monitored the VSS up to 25 mph? That would easily confirm if your Dakota Digital Dash is connected to the ECM VSS input terminal A10, and if the dash is outputting the signal at the correct pulse (2 pulses per cable revolution).
