Hey Dano -- I fabbed new ones out of brass flang bushings and flat washers I bought at ACE Hardware. Recently an old timer buddy of mine ask me, "Why didn't you use teflon?" When My brass ones wear out I will. No Lube needed and probaly shift smoother. Now that my column shift works better than new there is no way I would trade it for a floor shift. It's right at my finger tips, shifts click-click solid, and never hangs up.
