Like Boo sez, you can find after-market floor shifters for the 3-speed on ebay. That's where I got this Mr. Gasket version. You do have to mutilate the tranny some to use it. You have to file notches in the shifting fork shafts where they exit the side of the tranny. I keep it as a spare should the column shift break and I can't get replacement parts.
