im guessing this is for your 51? ive never seen a conversion of the 3 speed to a floor shifter for the AD years. i imagine the construction of the 3 speed tranny makes this impossible. why dont you just put in one of the original 4 on the floor tannies in there? you'll have the shifter on the floor, its original, you dont have to do any nasty cutting and scarrification, plus theyre way cheap. over here in idaho, the farmers just give them away, all you gotta do is ask. let me know if you want to get rid of that 3 speed, ill give it a good home
