From reference material I found in a 1954 American Electric Automotive "Fast Moving Parts Catalog", the Delco Remy 1102749 was listed as original equipment for 1951-52 Chevy Trucks (ALL) and 1950-52 GMC Trucks (100-22, 150-22, 250-22, 280-22 models and 1951 P152-22 Delivery Trk) with a note that said "Order 9-U Rebuilt or 1102719 New" for replacements. That part number in some cases was only 1 of up to 4 different #s used depending on the application.
