A quick web search came up with a couple of 8.25 x 20 14 ply new tire options. These are the lowest cost tires I could find and maybe what you need to update your rolling stock:

There are others out there, but at significantly higher prices. I concur with 1Ton_tommy, your tires need to be replaced! smile
