There is no direct translation from bias ply sizes to Metric sizes.

Go to Coker Tire's website. They have (or at least had) a chart with tire dimensions of metric and bias ply so you can compare and find a metric size with similar tread width, section width, and diameter of the bias size you wish to duplicate.

Don't buy Coker tires, just use their chart as a resource.
