I would have to go to my shop to confirm the headlight bucket issue but I believe they are side specific, I have 2 chevys coes and pretty certain the buckets are side specific. The lamps are the same of course. Let me know and I will go to the shop and confirm for sure. And by the way the 41 and 46 are slightly different.
