Yes you are correct but to expand your statement and to avoid confusion, I’ll add this, copied from a previous post by “Pre '68 Dave”, the inventor of the adaptor plate.

With the relocation plate you must use:
1941-52 for 5/8" belt.
1953-54 pass or 1953-55 first truck, for 3/8" belt.
