You will need to ensure that the cab is located square to the frame. I would measure from the mounting hole of the front cab mount to the frame rail on both sides and see if they are equal. If not, you may have to drill your front cab mounting holes oversize to center the front of the cab.
You will likely need to loosen the fender-to-side cowl bolts and remove the inner fender-to-toeboard bolts to be able to move the cab left or right.
