Thanks again for all the help guys. I am making some progress. I called Fred Craig and he told me the truck belongs to Buzz Payne. He said Buzz did the registration at Winchester. Said he took the fifth-wheel off and mounted the flatbed. He thinks the truck is early 70's; I am thinking '72. I called him but got no answer; I will try again later. Bill, at Moneta: Send me your mailing address and I will send a print of the photo. That will be better quality than posting it on the forum and this new member doesn't exactly know how to post a photo.
Bill Marlow, you must be the owner of the yellow and navy COE. How did you ever come up with that color combo. I would never have dreamed a vehicle could look half that good in that combination. That is one sharp truck! I love it!
