Hey Grigg, thanks for the answer. You are almost a neighbor. We are about 60-miles apart. I'm 22-miles west of Covington. I think we are talking about two different trucks. There were three green GMC's in that area. A 1959 860 COE sleeper semi, a '59 short nose 860 with a grille like the smaller trucks had that year, and the one I am wondering about. It was more of a conventional cab with a high flat nose with dual headlights, and a flat bed. It was a 9500 series with an antique Virginia license, A3455. I suspect the truck was about a 1972 model but I have no way of identifying it. I have thousands of photos that I am in the process of putting into my laptop computer (which is not this computer. This is an ancient desktop that has seen better days. I don't have the laptop hooked into the internet.) I try to ID every pic with year, make and model if possible, but we could not find any paperwork on this truck. I wondered if it belonged to Mr. Craig but he had papers on his other trucks.
