I used Google Earth to measure the parade route at 2.24 miles. Total length of one "lap" in my neighborhood is 4 miles. The parade kicks off at 10am, but I think I'll use hotter 4 pm as my test.
We haven't had your kind of heat yet Jon. 101F at 5:25PM yesterday was the high for the year so far.
