I "burped" the sensor by slightly loosening the sensor until just coolant (no bubbles) flowed out around the threads.
It will be tomorrow before I can get back to working on it. 6:20 PM here, with a 96 degree air temp and the truck is on the west side of the garage. Too darn hot.
