That truck does not have the original directional lights on it, or in the original location anyway. That is a good way to tell what year, or year ranges a truck is. If they are the original type and just moved, I would need a closer picture as they made 2 round types, but it would be no newer than '69. It does have the older style cab marker lights. I believe it was in '76 that they change to a newer style. It does looks like it has the older style side hood emblem tho. A picture of the emblem may help more. Of course contacting the owner would tell for sure.
