The lower cab windlace retainer only retains the windlace. You appear to have a 1955 1st Series 3/4 ton truck (3604). The cab floor covering was not retained. You need to be able to access the master brake cylinder on the drivers side and the battery on the passenger side. See the floor mat FL-102 on Jim Carters website.
