I've read many times that there is a VIN number stamped into the frame about two feet back from the front of the driver's side frame rail. Since the engine and cab are not original, I was going to find the frame VIN before I transferred the title.
I looked at as much of the frame rail as I could see through the driver's side fender opening, but didn't see any numbers at all. What side of the frame rail is it on?
