And I vaguely recall the 53 one someplace else unless that’s the one year you can’t get?

all the brake parts except the drums are reproduced for all years of the 1 ton 47-54
The cylinders and pads and all the hardware is pretty much all at just Napa if you don’t want to shop around
I just rebuilt my brakes on both a 53 and a 50 one tons last summer and my drums fortunately seem to be new because the previous owner was a heavy duty mechanic and back in about 1990s he was able to source new drums through his network and I was able to just swing by Napa for new pads and the wheel cylinders and hoses.

Edit: if you are shopping for the backing plates and some of the connecting linkages in the brake dept. then yeah non wearing bits are likely not reproduced and used is your only option for a one ton and up

The filler panel between the front bumper and grille for specifically 1954 gmc is not reproduced
It is unique to that year and has extra clearance on the sides for the new chrome below the headlights
