Carl -- I think your list *is* very short .... But only if you keep it to 3100's. For 3600 and up, the list gets ... significant.
My additions (that I am somewhat certain of)
1-ton PBrake cables
1-Ton rear wire harness (to the taillight) -- All available wire harnesses are for 1/2-tons. Granted, they are identical, except for the harness to the rear (Um, it's longer for the 3600 and even longerer for the 1-ton)
1-ton bumpers and brackets
4400 and up grilles (Yes, Virginia, they're different from the little trucks.)
Spare tire carrier pieces for the earlier and larger AD's
Non torque-tube driveshaft carrier bearings (the big rubber piece) for 3/4 and up.
