The reason for my comment above was to help prevent one's truck from being stolen, not the battery. If I know that I will not be using the truck for awhile, I activate the disconnect switch that is attached to the battery, that is hidden under the floor. Yes, I have another kill switch which I use daily, but when the truck will be sleeping for awhile......
