It used to be explained on here somewhere; not sure if it is anymore. Basically, what it is, you add up the cylinders on all the internal combustion engines you own (including lawn mowers, weed eaters, Bolts, etc.--everything). The higher the number, the greater your self worth, i.e. your manhood!!
