I know other people have had great result using POR15, I'm not one of those. I have used both the base coat and the top coat only to have it oxidize and peel. The frame was sandblasted and degreased, it was prepped with Ospho prior to using the POR15. For the money the Rustolium or Tractor Supply implement paint with hardener worked much better.
