I don't believe that you need to pull the radio apart to trmove the bezel. You should be able to see and access the screws holding it in place from the front. The replacement dial has a transfer on the inside of the plastic. It takes the patience to disassemble and reassemble those parts. The escutcheons are the little teardrop peices that go on the front of the dash, To remove them, pull the knobs off.
