I ended up cutting the dump box off mine. I saved the hoist mechanism and will end up building a flat bed for it. Not much use for a dump truck be a flat/steak bed will come in handy.
I can see how this statement may have been misinterpreted, I will be installing the hoist mechanism back onto the truck, but I will build a flat bed for it, very similar to picture John posted
