Back when DuPont IMRON was the only game in town where epoxy paint was concerned, a friend learned the hard way about curing time. He left some paint in his spray gun after finishing up a job late at night, and found a solid mass of cured paint in the cup, and all the passages of the paint gun the next morning. That was an expensive lesson in what NOT to do when spraying paint containing a catalyst!
