Did you thoroughly mix part A, then thoroughly mix part B?
Did you thoroughly mix the combination of the the two parts together?
Did you allow the mixed epoxy primer to sit for the amount of time to catalyze as described by the manufacturer?
I ask these questions because I have failed in the past from not doing these things correctly and had to strip everything off and start over. Gooey primer is no fun to remove.
