Not sure if it may help, but here is a
coupling rebuild video of the same style steering joint (used on multiple brands/years/models) that may help out???
There is also good info in the video about a common rebuild kit (specified for Jeeps) that works in the vast majority of such joints. It is much cheaper than trying to find/order an NOS or reproduction joint.
You said you replaced your steering box. You didn't by chance change from manual to power steering???
