The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot '60-'66 Trucks 1960 C-10 steering

Does anyone know how the weird joint thing works at the end of the first section of the steering shaft. I re did the steering, new bearing, steering box etc. Put the joint back together like it was. There is some play in that joint now. I can pull the steering wheel up toward me almost an inch. I can see the movement in the weird joint.
