Those screws are #10 flat head sheet metal screws. I believe the originals were likely clutch head, but you can find phillips head at any hardware. Probably 1/2" long is plenty long enough. I confirmed the diameter in the channel from my pile of parts not installed yet. I probably have the original screws in a bag, but they're buried deeper than the channel was.
