I can't answer that question. I've painted my doors, so will likely leave them natural screw color (I may have zinc plated my originals). My interior was repainted rattle can blue, so the screws were painted at that point. I think the doors were painted separately from the cab (paint on the hinge straps makes me think that,) but don't know if the doors were fully assembled (glass & all) before painting. I doubt it.
