I already have the radiator off. It was toast along with the water pump. Have the rad and the WP is being shipped to me today. Yea, once the fan belt is on and everything is assembled, they are THERE. At least I know what is involved to change a fan belt now.
So Mr. Lincoln, are you saying the "flat" part of the shroud should be toward the engine essentially flush with the base of the fan hub, and the flanges about 1" in toward the radiator? The fan is 2" thick. Should the shroud cover the total radiator area? I'm guessing about 1" clearance all around the fan for the shroud hole.
What about Q#2 above: Fan blades?
