| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 261 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 261 | The 1.5 ton trucks used bushings in the knuckle and they have to be reamed to fit the king pin. The difference between the 1/2 ton and 1.5 ton is in the caster angle it is 1.75 degrees for the 1/2 ton and 2.75 for the 1.5 ton truck. There were kits with oversize reamers to replace bushings if the knuckles were worn. Trucks used a straight hole bushing reamer.
34 & 35 trucks are the greatest
