Truckrolet: what is your question? As poor as a lot of the older wiring diagrams are, I am with Bartamos that this one seems fine.
One thing that you might be missing is that the violet 20ga wire is connected to the start terminal of the ignition switch (take a look at view A in the upper right).
Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are trying to ask.
