Seriously I kinda wondered that myself. thinking First saw the flaw on Saturday and did the only thing that could be done at the time...ordered a replacement on ebay. Waited for it to arrive (late Wed) to verify whether usable. Then after seeing it wasn't, called Egge the next day (Thurs).
