I made that puller from scrap metal in high school
Still have it today, it was a long time ago
And if the steering wheel is so stuck on and rusted
And you fear stripping out the bolts or twisting them off
Once it’s all tight under pressure
Hit the center bolt hard with a hammer and it will pop loose.
