Was just eyeballing my shop manual, only covers up to '59 tho.
How many lines come out of your master cyl? Dont know if there was much change from '59 to '65, but if it's a single outlet, the line should go from the master to the HydroVac booster, then to a T fitting.
Assuming that is correct, if you disconnect the line going out of the T to the rear brakes and plug it, you should have front brakes.
Again, dunno if there was a signifigant changem hope that helps in some way.
