The running boards are different. I just checked on both of mine and the big truck running boards are shorter and wider towards the front then the 1/2 tons are, they also have about a 4" difference in the height between them.
I know the hoods are identical.
The lower portion of the grill will not work as the fenders are about 4-5" taller on the big trucks. I measured both of my grills and there is a few inches difference between them.
The upper grill is the same in appearence but I havent measured other then eyeballing them. So if you find another grill, running boards and fenders you should be okay.
