I think the sides fold down to make a wider flatbed for carrying hay bales.
I would plan on replacing the bed. I want a rolldeck, but I don't think that frame/suspension are hefty enough for that. It does run and drive as-is. The RH5s would go immediately.
Good to know about the trans brake parts being unavailable.
I think the passenger fender is repairable.
