It appears that the clutch MC is included in the photo shown. It also has a separate shaft for the clutch pedal.
So it may have everything needed for the conversion. It also appears to be a CPP set up. As far as I know the components are OK
but they are notorious for providing poor installation instructions.
Several other aftermarket sources provide these same conversions.

If I get one it will be from The Filling Station, I make it over to the wet side of the state every now & then.
I highly recommend stopping in & checking them out if you are traveling I 5 in Oregon.
