The hydraulic clutch makes the 60 - 62 a bit more involved, thus more $$$.
Since the 60-62 uses a 2-chambered MC, one side for the brakes and the other for the clutch, it might be necessary to use a separate unit for the clutch. With a little tinkering, a clutch MC for a mid-1960's Dodge pickup might be able to be adapted for operating the clutch slave cylinder. My 65 D100 with a 318 V8 was set up that way.
