Gord&Fran You wont have to change cams to use propane, all of my coversions 51 216 20 years,51 6400 6 years,16 horse kohler weldor,2-8 horse Briggs wood splitters 6 years,and several other "parts engines all have the same cam they came with. the biggest drawback is low compression and soft valves.
