Ouch, that's pretty ugly.
As far as the inside panel, I got mine from Jim Carter and they fit pretty well. The pic is before trimming. You may need a little more metal, but you can just use flat sheets for that.
I can't advise on the lower outside door skin, as mine weren't bad.
