I have New Port electric wiper motors on 2 of my trucks and it was a bear to set up. On one, I had to shorten the right side transmission arm to keep it from binding everything up, preventing me from adjusting the motor position to get full sweep of either blade.
You may want to contact New Port and see if they can help you.
If they cannot help you, I suggest that you only connect the left side wiper transmission arm to the motor and adjust the motor position to obtain full sweep and proper park position when you turn it off.
Once you have that done, with the motor off, put the end of the right side transmission arm on the motor and see what you need to do to get full sweep out of the right wiper in terms of lengthening or shortening the left side transmission arm.
