I also have a '59 spartan 100 Rollback except mine has 20" Dayton wheels.
Mine is basically original & I'm still trying to find more info on it as well.
If you need any info for reference, I'll try to help you out.
I may have a lead on a new front pan that goes behind the grille. I just got one & there is supposedly another available.
Brakes are still a question as I did not begin to research them. I was going to upgrade mine as well, plus add the safety circuit to apply brakes on air loss.
