From my own experience and that of others, I would never buy anything from Kanter. It's absolute junk.
Now, do other brands use the same stuff with their own names on it? Maybe yes, maybe no. All I know is that if it comes from Kanter it will be worse than sub-standard.
Coil springs, leaf springs, rubber parts, rocker arms, pushrods are all crap and you'd be better off reconditioning your original parts.
